  • Payments are made by bank transfer (preferred method) or via an online payment platform such as PayPal (transaction fees will be the responsibility of the client) and can be made in installments if offered on the quote or agreed upon together in advance.

  • Yes, payment in 2 or 3 installments is possible for larger projects and will be specified in the quote if the estimated project amount is eligible.

  • Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot in the schedule and start the work.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include printing costs, paid fonts, image purchases, or content writing. These elements can be added upon request.

  • Your deliverables will be provided in EPS, JPG, PNG, PDF, and any other formats that will be useful for printing, distribution, or coding your materials.

    Source files (such as InDesign or Illustrator files) can be provided as an option and under certain operating conditions.

  • They vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project, but are always specified in the quote. As an indication, a visual identity takes on average 3 to 5 weeks.

  • That's possible depending on the studio's schedule. An "emergency" fee may be applied depending on the requested deadline.

  • Once the deliverables have been approved and finalized, any significant changes will be subject to a new quote. Minor adjustments are possible during the finalization phase.

  • It all starts with a discussion to fully understand your needs. Then: quote, deposit, creation phases, feedback, finalization, delivery. We guide you every step of the way.

  • Generally, 2 to 3 rounds of revisions are included, depending on the chosen package, and are specified in the quote. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional quote.

  • Yes, absolutely. Our role is also to help you clarify your needs and find the best direction for your project.

Visual Identity
/ Logo

  • No, a logo alone is not enough to ensure a coherent and functional brand image. At Ateliers Coco, we offer complete solutions that include not only the logo, but also all the essential graphic elements to help you stand out and build a lasting visual identity. You'll benefit from a complete graphic toolkit to communicate effectively.

  • It all depends on the package you want! We recommend between 1 and 3 concepts. If your budget is limited but you want to invest in your image, let's start with 1 or 2 concepts. If you can invest more, 3 concepts will allow us to offer you 3 coherent and unique directions, giving you a complete overview of the different potentials for your new brand image.

  • It's the bible of your new brand image. It's a detailed guide (in PDF format) on how to properly use your brand's identity and resources. It can be used by you, other designers, and employees. Following this guide will ensure consistency across all your communication materials. It includes elements such as logo usage, typographic hierarchy, dos and don'ts, color codes, and much more!

  • Of course! A project to evolve or adapt your branding can be considered at any time.

  • Yes, upon request: we can assist you with positioning, choosing a name, or even the tone of communication.

  • We can manage the printing process in collaboration with our printing partners or guide you towards a suitable provider based on your budget.

  • The selection and processing of visuals can be taken care of if they are part of the project. However, the writing of the texts is the responsibility of the client or a dedicated service provider. These points are clarified together before the start of the project.

  • Yes, we regularly work with carefully selected printers known for the quality of their finishes and their reliability.

  • No problem! We will present you with the most suitable options for your project and share our recommendations.

  • We build our clients' websites on SquareSpace so we can offer you:

    • an optimized and responsive design

    • an intuitive and easy-to-manage interface for you

    • an economical solution without the need for custom development

    • access to our Squarespace Circle Member benefits

  • Yes, everything is designed so that you can easily take over. A mini training session or a personalized tutorial is provided if needed.

  • Currently, the studio specializes in Squarespace to ensure precise support and genuine expertise. Other platforms are not yet offered.

  • Yes, we will put the site online once it has been approved.

  • Yes, SEO basics are integrated from the start of the design process: structure, tags, titles, responsiveness, and optimized texts and images.

  • Yes, all the designs are custom-made, and we can also create illustrated or photo-retouched visuals if needed.

  • Absolutely. We can design the entire layout of your site (UI, architecture, visuals) and provide all the necessary elements to your developer: mock-ups, specifications, optimized assets.
    And if you don't yet have a technical solution, we can also offer you a turnkey solution via Squarespace.

  • Yes, we can transfer the content from your current website (texts, images, essential pages) and integrate it into a brand new version on Squarespace, with a redesigned layout.
    For complex sites or advanced technical migrations (databases, rich blogs, e-commerce), we can direct you to a developer or SEO specialist with whom to collaborate.
